3.Add the spawn. Add one bag of blewit spawn to the leaf litter. Stir it around, breaking up all the chunks. Try to make as much contact between the spawn and substrate as possible. The more contact, the faster the spawn will colonize the leaves.

4.Add the second layer. Cover the spawn layer with another layer of leaves. This one should be about as thick as the first, but it can be thicker if you’d like. Gently stir this layer into the layer beneath it. This will ensure the top layer gets colonized as well.
